At Qnick, we provide digital services and monetization solutions that are non-tangible and cannot be returned once delivered. By using our app, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund and cancellation terms:
Since our services are digital and delivered instantly or within a short time, orders cannot be canceled once the processing has started.
Refunds may be issued only in the following exceptional cases:
Order Not Completed: If we are unable to deliver the service due to technical issues or failure of order processing.
Incorrect Service Delivered: If the service you receive is significantly different from what was described or promised.
In such cases, please contact us within 24–48 hours of the issue. After verification, we may process a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Services have been delivered successfully as per description.
Drops in followers, watch time, or engagement after order completion (as these depend on content quality, consistency, and third-party algorithms like Instagram/YouTube).
Failure caused by incorrect information provided by the user (e.g., wrong account details).
